We want you to get the most out of your vacation. For your own guidance, please carefully read and be sure that you fully understand the TERMS & CONDITIONS as stated below. Receipt of your payment represents your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Changjiang International Travel Company will be happy to clarify any questions you may have.
Reservations can be made by e-mail or facsimile. Reservations should be made at least 60 days prior to departure date. Late reservations may be accepted up to 30 days before departure subject to availability and surcharge. If a reservation is made within 30 days before departure, full payment must be settled upon confirmation. All bookings are subject to availability at time of reservation.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required at time of reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to the departure or commencement of the service. Deposit is fully refundable if tour does not materialize due to lack of participants. Refund will be made if reservation can not be confirmed. Please allow 4-6 weeks to process refund. Receipt of deposit confirms your reservation and is applied toward final payment. Payment of deposit constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

No refund will be made for unused travel services or any portion thereof, nor is the price or value of unused travel services exchangeable for alternative arrangements. All air tickets are non-refundable, valid only for the flight and/or dates purchased and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Meals are served as specified in the itineraries Voluntary non-usage of meal are non refundable and non exchangeable.
Cruise accommodations are based on double occupancy of twin-bedded room with private bath. Triple occupancy in cabins is not available. All Yangtze River cruise ships are People's Republic of China registry.
Hotels are based on double occupancy with private bath. Single supplement is indicated on the itineraries. Triple room rates are not available. Right is reserved to change, substitute hotels for those specified in the itinerary.
HEALTH: In general, tours are quite active and require a good deal of walking, frequently including stairs. We strongly recommend that you discuss any health concerns regarding these points with your personal physician. Currently, no corticated of vaccinations is required for traveling to China . As health requirements change without notice, it is always advisable to check current health regulations with air carriers when making reservation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
OTC strongly recommends all tour participants purchase Trip Cancellation, Medical, Baggage and supplier default insurance to protect their investment and travel plans.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Passports with six-month validity after tour return date are required for all tour participants. OTC will only act on your behalf to obtain China Visa provided all required documents are received at OTC office 40 days prior to departure. A nominal fee of $ 50 is charged. All applications must be forwarded to the relevant Chinese authorities for their approval .OTC can not guarantee the acceptance. If for any reason, your application is denied, a full refund will be made on any payment.
TOUR OPERATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY
Chongqing Overseas Tourist Co., LTD is a tour operator licensed in Chongqing , China . We make and secure all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and accommodations for the tour concerned. Although we take great care in selecting these suppliers; we have no control over them and, therefore, cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. We act solely as agents for these independent suppliers. By utilizing the services of suppliers, you agree that neither OTC nor any subsidiary or affiliate of OTC shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay incurred by you or those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any acts or default of the suppliers or from any occurrence or condition beyond the control of OTC, including defects in vehicles or breakdown in equipment. Nor shall OTC be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay resulting directly or indirectly from delays, cancellations or changes in flights, itineraries, schedules, steamers or other services, strikes, theft, sickness, weather, quarantine or other causes. Suppliers' liability may also be limited by law, tariffs or conditions on tickets and in particular you should read and understand the limitations of liability set forth in the airline ticket or other documentation. All accommodations, services and facilities are subject to the laws and customs of People's Republic of China.OTC reserves the right to withdraw any tour in this program and to make such alterations in the itineraries as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties or the proper operation of the tour, in which case the sole liability of OTC shall be a refund of fees paid . OTC reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour should such person's visa application is rejected or such person's deportment, mental condition, physical infirmity of general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other members of the tour.
SERVICE STANDARDS
We have tried our best to describe the travel service in this brochure as accurately as possible. You should be aware that each country has particular feature which may or may not appeal to you including weather, food, local customs, etc. There may be different living standard, practices and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodation at your destination. Such standards may or may not be comparable to those you would expect from similar establishments in your country. Note that all hotels undergo routine maintenance and renovations. If we are advised of any significant change which may affect your enjoyment of the package, we will do our best to inform you in advance. By purchasing the particular travel service you have selected, you are deemed to have made all reasonable inquiries about the travel service.
We doe not cover for any transactional charges. Actual amount received by DYT will be reflected as the actual payment received.
