Day 1: Arrive Beijing
On arrival, you are greeted and helped transfer to the hotel to check in. Then out to visit the Lama Temple and the Confucius Temple. Tonight you are invited to enjoy the famed Beijing Duck at Made in China restaurant. Check into the hotel

Day2: Beijing/Lhasa
This morning, your Tibet adventure begins as you fly to Lhasa. Continue to Tsedang, where you check in to the Tsedang Hotel. The rest of the day is free to adjust to the altitude of one of the world's highest plateaus---about 12,000 ft. above sea level.

Day 3: Tsedang
A full day tour includes Yumbulagang, said to be the oldest structure in Tibet, 9th century Dratang Monastery and the Tomb of the Tibetan Kings, ancient burial place of Tibetan royalty.

Day 4: Tsedang to Gyantse 
Take a drive to Gyantse, a town southwest of Lhasa and an important regional center in the 15th century. Tour Pelkor Chode Monastery and the Kumbum, a stupa comprised of hundreds of chapels said to contain 100,000 Buddha images.

Day 5: Gyantse to Shigatse
This morning, take a short tour of Gyantse before you drive to Shigatse. Visit Tashilumpo Monastery, built in 1447

Day 6: Shigatse to Lhasa
Today's drive takes you to Lhasa, where you arrive in the late afternoon.

Day 7: Lhasa
An extraordinary day of sightseeing shows the spectacular architecture at the world-famous Potala Palace. Former living quarters of the Dalai Lama, its massive 1000-room structure towers over this mountain city. Then visit famous Barkhor Market, where you can shop for rare Tibetan items. See one of Tibet's holiest shrines, revered 7th century Jokhang Temple, with its statue of the Sakyamuni Buddha, lavishly enthroned in gold.

Day 9: Lhasa/Beijing
This Morning, visit Nobrulingkha (Precious Stone Garden), built on the orders of the 7th Dalai Lama in the 18th century. After lunch, fly to Beijing and check into the hotel

Day 10: Beijing/Datong
After Breakfast ,fly to Datong. Visit Yungang grottoes, known as one of the three major cave complexes in China. Later Check into the hotel.

Day11: Datong/Beijing
This morning, fly back to Beijing. Visit TianMen Square and the Imperial Palace in Forbidden City. Later visit a tea shop and see tea presentation.

Day12: Beijing
Walk along the ancient ramparts of the renowned Great Wall today. Visit a cloisonné factory and observe the skilled artisans create intricate designs. Later, tour Dongyue Temple, the largest Taoist Temple in Beijing. Tonight enjoy a stunning Beijing Opera Show.

Day13: Beijing
This morning, tour the ornately embellished Temple of Heaven. The balance of the day is free to explore. Perhaps take an optional tour via old-fashioned pedicab to explore Beijing's ancient narrow streets, known as Hutongs, Visit a courtyard-style family residence, and admire the city view from atop the Drum Tower Pagoda.

Day 14: Depart Beijing
